One of the oldest churches of Russian Alaska located in Juneau city. It is - St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church founded in 1893. The group can make a walking tour to see St.Nicholas Church.

Группой можно доехать на автобусе до  городка  Хуна (10 мин. от порта) и посетить Свято-Никольский Православный Храм.
Этот храм построен в 1920 году. Со слов дьякона о. Кирилла, являющегося местным (native) в свое время здесь поживало около 800 православных. Сегодня осталось около 12-ти человек. Отец дьякон делает, что может для поддержания храма. Excursion is not provided.  You can visit St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church founded in 1920 at  Hoonah town. The group can take a bus to  Hoonah (10 min. drive).

Экскурсия по городу и его окрестностям включает посещение набережной залива Капитана Кука, историко-этнографического музея, водного аэродрома, Центра коренных народов Аляски, и, непременно, Эклутны – исторического парка русского православного наследия, где находится ныне не действующая православная церковь святителя Николая – самая древняя постройка юго-центральной Аляски (1870 г.). Внутри неё хранятся предметы церковной утвари, привезённые в XIX веке из церкви на острове Уналашка. Рядом прихожан принимает новая церковь святого Николая. В этот день Вы будете приняты  настоятелем Кафедрального собора Святого Иннокентия.

Посещение Православного Собора Иоанна Крестителя принадлежащего к антиохийской церкви в местечке Eagle River.

Tour of the city and the surrounding area includes a visit to the waterfront Bay Captain Cook, historical and ethnographic museum, a water aerodrome, the Center for Alaskan Native, and, of course, Eklutny - historic park of Russian Orthodox heritage, where the non-functioning Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas is located - the most ancient building of south-central Alaska (1870). There are stored items of church utensils, brought in the XIX century from the church on the Unalashka island . Nearby is the church of St. Nicholas. On this day you may be received by the rector of St. Innocent's Cathedral.

We will visit a St. John Cathedral, an Antiochian Orthodox church in Alaska. Fr Marc Dunaway is priest and the congregation is multicultural.

The Cathedral and fifty-five acres of church land are situated at the base of the Chugach Mountains, twelve miles outside of Anchorage, Alaska's largest city. The facilities of the Cathedral include an Orthodox Christian School, a guest home, and the St. Sergius of Radonezh chapel.

Город Кадьяк был основан Григорием Шелиховым в 1784 году, и являлся первой столицей Русской Америки. В городе расположен дом первого главного правителя русских поселений в Америке А.А. Баранова, построенный в 1808 году и ныне представляющий старейший пример русской архитектуры в
северной Америке. Пешеходная экскурсия включает посещение следующих знаменательных пунктов: Православная церковь – Воскресенский Собор и поклонение мощам преподобного Германа Аляскинского, первого православного святого Америки; Музей Баранова; Часовня Всех Святых Аляски; Православная Свято-Германовская духовная семинария, в которой располагается архив с многочисленными материами на русском языке. Поездка на катере на остров Еловый, где жил и похоронен преподобный Герман Аляскинский. The city of Kodiak was founded by Grigory Shelikhov in 1784, and was the first capital of Russian America. The city has the house of the first ruler of Russian settlements in America, AA Baranova, built in 1808, which represents the oldest example of Russian architecture in North America. Walking tour includes visiting the following significant points: The Resurrection Cathedral and the worship of the relics of the Saint Herman of Alaska - the first Orthodox Saint of America; The Baranov Museum; The Chapel of All the Saints of Alaska; The Orthodox St. Herman's Theological Seminary, it holds an archive with numerous materials in Russian. A boat trip to the Spruce Island where Saint Herman lived and was buried.

Посещение храма Святого Михаила и знакомство с деятельностью  русской православной миссии в  юго-восточной части штата. Сюда, после 10 лет служения на острове Уналашка, был переведён отец Иоанн. Несмотря на многочисленные трудности в развитии дружественных отношений с коренным народом этих мест, в церковь и сегодня приходят немало представителей племени тлинкитов. Пожар 1966-го года полностью уничтожил здание церкви, которое впоследствии было выстроено заново, но по сей день здесь хранятся реликвии, принадлежавшие святителю Иннокентию: Распятие, инкрустированное жемчугом, подаренное епископу Иннокентию на день его хиротонии в 1840 году. Евангелие, напечатанное в 1759 году-дар архиерею в 1846 году от архимандрита Троице-Сергиевой лавры. Евангелие с серебряном окладе, на алеутском языке, переведенное им будучи священником. Архиерейская митра. Собор хранит ценнейшие
иконы, одна их которых, икона Божьей Матери Казанской, славится своей чудотворной силой.
В этот же день Вы посетите: Дом-музей русского епископа, построенный в 1842 году и сохранившийся до наших дней; Старое кладбище города, где немало могильных плит несут на себе русские фамилии; Культурный центр индейцев юго-востока Аляски; Музей истории города и памятник Александру Баранову.
Старую гавань – место первого поселения русских на острове Баранова. We will visit the church of St. Michael and get acquainted with the activities of the Russian Orthodox mission in the southeastern part of the state. Here, after 10 years of service on the island of Unalaska, Father John was transferred. Despite numerous difficulties in developing friendly relations with the indigenous people of these places, many representatives of the Tlingit tribe come to the church today. The fire of 1966 completely destroyed the church building, which was later rebuilt, and to this day there are kept the relics belonging to Saint Innocent. The church also has the crucifix encrusted with pearls donated to Bishop Innocent (Innokenty) on the day of his consecration in 1840, the Gospel, printed in 1759, presented to him in 1846 from the archimandrite of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra, the Gospel with a silver salary, in the Aleut language, translated by St. Innocent and his miter. The cathedral has the most valuable icons, one of which, the icon of the Mother of God of Kazan, is famous for its miraculous power. On the same day you will visit: the house-museum of the Russian bishop, built in 1842 and preserved to the present day; The old cemetery of the city, where many gravestones bear the Russian surnames; Cultural center of the Indians of southeast Alaska; Museum of the history of the city and a monument to Alexander Baranov. The old harbor is the site of the first Russian settlement on Baranova Island
